Content Creation Assistant

Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Overview: The successful Content Creation Assistant is creative, empathetic, and has the desire to quickly become a brand ambassador. The Content Creation Assistant will be able to live and breathe our voice and brand throughout their content work. They will support our audience with an empathetic and encouraging voice in everything they do.

Employment: This is a full time position.

Who We Are: We are Love Over Addiction. We’re a small, but mighty team of women. We help women around the world who love someone that suffers from addiction. We offer online programs for purchase, and release regular free and compelling content to our growing community. Our community is made up of strong, loving women who rely on us for encouragement and hope. We take our work very seriously. We believe with our hearts and souls that we’re doing good work to help women from all over the world.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer Service: Taking full ownership of our company inbox answering emails with thoughtfulness, care and promptness. Also, assigning emails to appropriate team members.
  • Building Community: be responsible for managing our members-only community by answering questions, genuinely connecting with our members and posting regular support and encouragement.
  • Weekly reports to Director of Operations with temperatures of our groups. You’ll be our ears on the ground, looking out for successes of our sisters (we love to celebrate victories) and areas of improvement (we are obsessed with ways to improve).
  • Create copy and images for social media (a LOVE for social media and design is a must).
  • Manage our social media presence (this is why we need you to LOVE social media). In coordination with the Operations Team, create and maintain our social media schedule on
  • Facebook and Instagram. Regularly create new content to be scheduled by the Operations Team.
  • Provide insights and reporting on social media engagement to contribute to overall social media strategy.
  • Write email content based on prompts from the owner and Director of Operations.
  • Create content based on blog posts, programs, promotions, and prompts from the owner and Director of Operations.
  • Create images for promotions and sales, weekly emails, social media, and website as needed.
  • Provide content support to the owner (if you like research this will be fun), Director of Operations and CEO as requested.
  • Work with Operations Team to manage company calendars.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

  • Must have experience offering excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with a help desk software (we use Helpscout) task manager, preferably Basecamp, Facebook Groups, social media platforms, Canva, Google Drive, and stock image usage and site are very helpful.
  • Ideally has some experience pitching podcasts, but not required.
  • Must be able to learn our brand and produce cohesive content.
  • Must have the desire to empathetically listen and offer support to our community. We will give you resources to learn appropriate responses. We love our women and our biggest goal is to let them know how much we cherish them.
  • Must have the ability to organize content using our Google Drive structure already in place.
  • Must have the ability to learn and adhere to our content creation process, including writing, editing, and finalizing. Must be a VERY strong speller and excellent at grammar.
  • Desire to work for a good cause. We’re helping women all around the world that love someone suffering from addiction. Our community is full of committed, loving, smart women that depend on us for consistent help, free content, and encouragement. It would be great if you have personal experience with loving someone suffering from addiction.
  • Desire to learn and grow with the team. Again, we’re a small, but quickly growing company. The possibility for advancement is huge for the right person.
  • Possess a keen attention to detail, ability to work on a small, dynamic team and be a self-starter.

Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Overview: The Marketing Assistant is the right hand to the Director of Operations. You must be tech savvy to be considered for this position. A successful candidate on the operations team is smart, solves problems, thinks ahead, and has great attention to detail. Your contribution to the team makes our company flow and our customers have a seamless experience from opt in through their purchase lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Using Infusionsoft, execute all implementation and maintenance for our CRM, Marketing, and E-commerce.
  • Maintain wordpress websites, including main site and membership site.
  • Maintain opt ins using Leadpages, Leaddigits, and PopUpAlly.
  • Create and maintain reporting using Infusionsoft and Graphly.
  • Scheduling approved content for weekly releases across multiple platforms.
  • Identifying and reporting issues to Director of Operations.
  • Working collaboratively on planning projects and website changes.
  • Schedule approved social media across multiple platforms.
  • Work with Operations Team to manage company calendars.
  • Work with Operations Team to troubleshoot technical issues and provide answers and solutions to our customers.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

  • Ideally has experience with Infusionsoft, WordPress, a membership site plugin, preferably AccessAlly, and task manager, preferably Basecamp, Google Drive. Ideally has experience with Beaver Builder WordPress theme, PopUpAlly, Leadpages, Graphly, Libysn, Go Spiffy, PlusThis, Toggl.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to think through an entire process.
