How To Make Sure You Get Emails From Us

What is whitelisting an email address? Great question. I’ll let Jo, who’s on our team, explain because we all know I’m not the techy one here:

Whitelisting an email is the best way to make sure our emails show up in your inbox, rather than automatically filtered into spam, junk, promotions, or other folder inside your inbox.

Every email provider has “secret” actions taking place in the background and it tries to interpret where you want your emails based on what you’ve opened in the past, what you’ve marked as spam, and who you’ve emailed.

Whitelisting our email address is a way of ‘telling’ your email provider that you want to see our emails, and avoid those secondary folders.

How to whitelist an email is different based on which email provider you used. We’ve detailed the four most common below. If you use a different email provider and need help figuring out how to whitelist, please email us at Info@LoveOverAddiction.com and we’ll be happy to help.

The email address you want to whitelist is Info@LoveOverAddiction.com.

Click on the email provider below that you use to see step by step instructions:
